Vegas Crest is not the toothpaste that gamblers use – it’s yet another online casino. Does this casino stand out from the crowd, though? Let’s put it this way. Vegas Crest very proudly displays other crests on its homepage, that is to say crests of approval from some reputable online casino and gambling entities, such a LCB, USO, RTGBonus.eu, Online Casino Reports, Wizard of Odds, and more. Which to us, and we reckon to anyone else, should mean good things right from the get go. Indeed, there’s a lot to get excited about here – there’s a wide games selection and numerous bonuses that come together under one well-done, if pretty standard, aesthetic. This is a mobile casino review, though, so that gives our review an extra point of consideration. Does this crest shine as brightly on mobile devices? We have to admit that although Vegas Crest claims that the website is optimised for all devices – and that includes anything from mobiles to wide screen devices like TVs, we did get some unsightly blurring when we loaded the website into our mobile browser. It was nothing too jarring, but nothing that any mobile player really wants to experience. Yet, the mobile website is still very easy to navigate through, which is more than what can be said for some other mobile casino sites.
Creating an account on Vegas Crest Casino Mobile
Before we get into the nitty-gritty of signing up with Vegas Crest (as nitty-gritty as signing up with an online casino can get), we will say that we were disappointed to find that there is a huge, huge list of countries with citizens that aren’t eligible to play at Vegas Crest. This can be a complicated issue and it’s not always the fault of the online casino per se, but it’s still problematic when the list of banned countries would make up a considerable chunk of this review (in fact, we won’t provide this list here). We guess it’s true that whatever happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas. As for actually making the account, it’s a pretty easy process. All you need to do is hit the menu button, and you’ll automatically be greeted with ‘log in’ and ‘register’ buttons. After the whole shebang of filling in your details, you’ll have to verify your account by confirming activation through an email that will be sent to you, and then you can start playing.
Welcome offers and other promotions at Vegas Crest Casino Mobile
What can be said about Vegas Crest’s bonuses? Quite a lot, and it’s mostly positive. The overall welcome package that currently exists is pretty interesting as it begins with a no-deposit bonus that can be used on all games, and ends with a couple of deposit bonuses. All this results in a large total bonus amount that we can’t really complain about at all. In addition to the welcome package, it’s rather clear that Vegas Crest are really into the bonuses and promotions thing. There’s a lot on offer here, most notably that you can get bonuses on every single one of your deposits. You’ll also get a bunch of fun promotions, like bonuses for liking the Facebook page, or season-exclusive perks. There’s even a bonus for simply using the mobile version of the casino, which is a pretty cool way of winning us over. All these promotions don’t come without rules, as you might expect. Vegas Crest states that members are not allowed to wager more than €5 per spin when using bonus money of any kind. Bonuses will also expire if not used within 6 months (which, let’s be fair, is a really generous time frame anyway).
Loyalty Scheme & VIP Programme at Vegas Crest Casino Mobile
Vegas Crest has both a loyalty scheme and a VIP programme. The former is obviously for regular members, and the latter is for people who really invest in the casino. Let’s get into the differences between the two with a little more depth, though. For these programmes, Vegas Crest operates using comp points that you get for the money that you wager. When you play slots, keno, bingo, or scratch cards, members get 2 comp points for every €1 wagers. When you play table games or video poker, though, you get 1 point per €1. There’s also a cash back sort of scheme where loyalty members get €1 back for every €500 wagered. Let’s not kid ourselves here – it’s low and probably negligible to most unless you really like to spend time at Vegas Crest. But if you do, you’d probably be a VIP member anyway, so this cash back scheme, at least for the loyalty members, seems a bit gimmicky to us. How do you become a VIP member, though? How do you make it to the Big Leagues, so to speak? It’s simple. You need to earn a minimum of 100,000 comp points a month. Hey, we never said that making it to the big leagues was easy. Is the payoff worth it? Vegas Crest claim that VIPs get double the bonuses; double the comp points; double everything. So it seems that VIPs get twice as many of the standard perks that loyalty scheme members do (and probably a few more on the side). Since we found the loyalty scheme a bit negligible, we reckon that the VIP tier is where the perks start to shine more overtly. It’s a case of double or nothing, then.
Choose from 300+ casino games in the Vegas Crest Casino Mobile lobby
With over 300 mobile games, you would think that the games on offer here are pretty good – and you’d be right. As you’ll soon find out, we think the games here are really neat and there’s a variety that can prove to be pretty competitive. There is one caveat though, and it’s that users aren’t allowed to try out games before they sign up. ‘That’s fine’, you might think, ‘I’ll just test the games in free mode on the desktop version’ – except this is also true of the desktop version of Vegas Crest. In this day and age, it’s a little off-putting that members can’t sample the selection of games before they commit to signing up. Some people are willing to take the plunge, but many are just going to gravitate to a casino that lets them try the titles on offer. Testing out games for free should be an option, and for that matter it should be an option regardless of whether you’re playing on mobile or not. Now that that’s out of our system, let’s actually get to the games, which we had to sign up for (Ok, now it’s out of our system. Promise). Vegas Crest operates on the very reliable Vista Gaming platform, but you’ll find a wide array of game providers here, such as Betsoft. There are plenty of slots games here, and thankfully they’re not all the same. A few of them teeter on the blander side of things, such as Wild Tailgating and Santa’s Kiss. These are games that are super simple, and don’t offer much in terms of features, but they might go down a treat with anything who just wants to spin and get on with it. We will say that the Christmas lights that serve as paylines in Santa’s Kiss are super cute, though. We’re mentioning those games first because they’re what we played first, and anyone who thinks those games are representative of the whole Vegas Crest experience might not really venture further. We’re here to tell you that there are lots of more exciting slots games here – slots games with really well done animations and exciting features. Here’s we’re talking about games like Enchanted, Rockstar, and Good Girl Bad Girl, just to name a few. In fact, Good Girl Bad Girl is really representative of how dynamic the games at Vegas Crest can be. You can change the volatility of the game depending on whether you choose to play as the Good Girl or the Bad Girl. The former will get you smaller, more frequent payouts, whereas the latter gives you larger, rarer payouts. The table games selection isn’t very large but has some cool offerings, such as Craps, Red Dog, and Top Card Trumps. The same is true of the Video Poker selection. It’s there and probably scratches an itch for several people who play poker casually, but probably won’t appeal to people who just want to play poker all day. Vegas Crest even has its own Keno and Bingo selection, which is a nice change from the myriad casinos that stuff these games into the ‘other games’ tab. As a result, there are plenty of quirky keno games here in particular, such as Veggie Keno, Keno BBQ, and Scary Keno. Hey, it takes all sorts.
Solid customer support but not mind-blowing at Vegas Crest Casino Mobile Lobby
The customer support at Vegas Crest is as standard as it gets, and that’s a good thing as it means there should be no confusion as to how to contact the casino if things ever go awry, or if you simply need to ask a query. You can email or fax the casino, or make use of the live chat function that runs 24/7. Before resorting to any of these measures, though, we recommend checking out the help tab, which is pretty comprehensive and covers a lot of ground in terms of finding your way around Vegas Crest. All in all, the customer support options are solid, but not noteworthy, which means we won’t complain about it in any way but also won’t praise it above and beyond those offered by other casinos.
Making payments and cashing winnings at Vegas Crest Casino Mobile
Vegas Crest doesn’t have a dedicated banking page (again, this is true of both desktop and mobile), and while you can piece the information together from various other pages it doesn’t really make for the most hassle-free experience. There’s some vital information you need to know depositing and withdrawing money from Vegas Casino. Before you make your first withdrawal, you’ll be asked to provide a few documents, including copies of your ID and proof of residence. You may even be asked to provide proof of ownership of the payment methods used. The minimum withdrawal amount of €100 which is a little on the high side, which to us tells us that Vegas Crest might be really trying to appeal to the high-rollers after all. The good news for the high-rollers though is that the maximum withdrawal amount is more or less limitless.
Minor annoyances apart, Vegas Crest Casino Mobile is a casino to love
Ultimately, it’s fair to say that Vegas Crest is a casino that we can rate fairly highly, and that’s true for the mobile version of the casino too. Sure, there are some glaring imperfections that we’re not fond of – the fact that banking information is a bit all over the place; the fact that you can’t try out the games before signing up; the slight blurriness on the mobile app. Yet, these are not details that ruin the casino experience here, but rather little annoyances that stop Vegas Crest from being that little bit higher on our list of favourite casinos. Let’s face it, there is a lot to love here, with a really great selection of slots games et al, and bonuses that really hit the spot. We do feel that Vegas Crest has an audience in mind, and that’s the audience of high rollers who will deposit and bet high numbers. This is a casino for the ardent casino player, which is absolutely fine to us.
